Black Kirza Mosin Nagant Pouch POU27

This type of pouch was made for carrying six 5-round clips of bullets for the Russian Mosin Nagant bolt action rifle and it is made in black “Kirza” material with leather trim and straps. Kirza was a type of hardwearing waterproof rubberised vinyl popular in Cold War Russian equipment. These particular pouches are black instead of the usual brown as they are for Naval Infantry use. Most of the date stamps are illegible but they date from the late sixties/early seventies and we are reliably informed that they came from Ukrainian military stores not Russian!
