Ordering

Your stock is subject to the law of New Zealand and the jurisdiction of its courts. If you are buying for personal or household use, you have the rights and remedies available under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If you are acquiring the goods for the purpose of business the guarantees and remedies provider under that act are excluded.

 

Condition of goods 

Goods offered for sale are new or second hand. When second hand, goods may have marks on them and show signs of wear and tear. Colours may also be somewhat faded or otherwise altered from the portrayal shown on the website. If you have concerns about the condition of any product you will need to contact us via email before purchase. Different countries use different sizing systems. As returns are a bother for all concerned, please follow the guidelines when ordering.

Availability

All orders are subject to availability of products. If for any reason the product is not available we will endeavour to notify the un-availability on the website. Comrades may revise the range of products or the specifications of any product at any given time with out notice to the buyer.

 

Prices And Taxes

The prices of the products are staged and are payable in New Zealand dollars (NZD). All prices and delivery charges within New Zealand are inclusive of New Zealand Goods and Services Tax at the rate of 15%.

 

Delivery Method And Charges Within New Zealand

All deliveries are by Aramex Couriers. You can add special delivery instructions when entering your address details. All deliveries are charged $12.00 for the North Island (North Island Rural delivery $16.00) and $13.50 for the South Island (South Island Rural delivery $17.50). It also applies to Hauraki Gulf and Stewart Island. Waiheke Island will be charged $20.00.

Overseas Orders And Deliveries

All prices are in NZ dollars and will be billed in NZD. Overseas orders can be done through New Zealand post. Prices and times of delivery will be discussed via email.

Delivery Times

Once payment has been made we’ll endeavour to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days in New Zealand. It may take longer for Rural deliveries.

Overseas orders will take 3-10 working days untracked. If tracking is wanted a  separate quote is needed.

Comrades does not accept responsibility for delay in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (Eg: strikes and natural disasters)

 

Returns Policy

Comrades is more than happy to exchange or refund items purchased online for up to 14 days on receipt provided the goods are returned in the same condition as when delivered. We reserve the right to refuse a return product if it has been damaged after delivery. We will reimburse postage for damaged goods during delivery, defective, or incorrect sent items.

We recognise that you may be concerned about our collection, use , and disclosure of your personally identifiable information that we may collect when you use the Website. Accordingly, we have implemented this Privacy Policy to inform you of the information that we collect from you, how we collect this information, and what we do with it after we collect it.

By using our website and/or providing information to us, you consent to the policy. If you are under 18, we require you to inform and gain a parent or guardians consent to our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions before placing an order.

We collect information from you to complete a transaction.

This information includes that such as name, email address, phone number, postal address and credit card numbers. We may use your information collected online to fulfil and process your orders. We may maintain a record of products you have purchased in order to enhance your shopping experience and make it easier and faster for you.

Disclosure of Information to Others

 

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. How ever, we do use other companies and individuals to perform services on our behalf, such as delivering packages, sending mail and emails and processing payments. They will have access to the minimum amount of your personal information needed to perform these services, but we will not authorise them to use your information for other purposes.

When there is a legal obligation to do so Comrades may disclose your information to any relevant regulatory body. In addition, we may provide statistics with personal identifiers removed about our customers, readers, traffic patterns and related site functions to reputable third parties.
