Austrian Army Zip Pouch (Large) POU12

These zip pouches were part of the Austrian Army’s KAZ 03 system which consisted of a rucksack, detachable hip belt and vest (see our VST09) on to which these pouches could be attached as and when needed. These are the large size pouch, measuring roughly 38cm high, 20cm wide and 12cm deep giving a capacity of 9 litres. The domed tabs enable them to be attached to the side compression straps of packs or they can simply be used as a very handy zip up pouch. The pouches are ex army/used so the internal urethane coating may be slightly sticky or perishing but apart from that they are well made and still entirely functional with many years use left in them.
