Bulgarian Army Canteen CMP05

These ex-Bulgarian Army Cold War era 750ml Aluminium canteens/water bottles are virtually the same thing as our “Coconut” variety (CMP02) but they have a brown wool lace-up covering, similar to WW2 German ones. The distinctive Bulgarian brown wool cover camouflages the canteen but also submerging the canteen when filling serves to soak the wool which aides in keeping the contents cool.
