French Army S3 Plate Carrier Vest VST06

Coming from the French Army and known colloquially as the “Ninja Turtle” Vest, these cotton drill plate carriers in French CE camouflage were in use till fairly recently until being replaced by more modern versions. As pictured, it is a one-piece panel with neck collar into which kevlar is inserted.It is then draped over the torso and secured around the waist with velcro and attached web straps. There are further pockets front and rear where extra ceramic plates could be inserted and numerous clips and d-ring attachment points. Obviously these are just the cotton carriers and they do not come with kevlar or plates! We have these vests in two sizes which we are calling:

Small/Medium – to fit 86 – 95cm chest

Large/X-Large – to fit 106 – 116cm chest
