French Navy White Cotton Spats MSC03

Modelled after the U.S. Army M1936 leggings worn during WW2, the French Navy now use them in white for parade use and very smart they look too! Made from white cotton canvas, these leggings came to us without laces or bottom straps. We have added laces but the bottom strap would have to be something you improvise with elastic perhaps? Also they come fully laced up so that you’re not scratching your head wondering how on earth they fit together!
