Greatcoat, Dismounted, 1940 Pattern

Here we have a beautiful example of a WW2 manufactured “Greatcoat, Dismounted,1940 Pattern which were issued to NZ Army troops during the war and into the 1960’s. Made in 1943 by Cambridge Clothing, the coat is a size 5 ; with a height of  5’7″ to 5″8″ ( approx 172cm) and a chest of 37″ to 39” ( approx 96cm). Overall the coat is in superb condition with all “NZ Forces” bakelite buttons present, no rips or tears and only a few small moth holes on the lower skirt. All up, a fantastic piece for a collector or lover of vintage clothing.
