M1956 First Aid/Compass Pouch

As part of the M1956 pattern webbing equipment used by US/NZ & Aus during the Vietnam conflict, this “Case Field First Aid Dressing Unmounted Magnetic Compass” was often worn attached to the suspenders. This pouch is the 2nd of 3 patterns featuring cotton web edging and an eyelet drain-hole and is dated 1964.
