These bags are a reproduction of the US Army M1936 Field bag/Haversack, commonly known as a “Musette” bag (french:small cotton shoulder bag).Made from cotton khaki canvas, like the originals it has two adjustable straps which clip on to D-rings to form shoulder straps.They can also be clipped to the extra adjustable strap to wear as a shoulder bag.Inside there are dividers to make three separate pockets and outside there is a domed side pocket (good for stowing the extra strap) and a document sleeve on the rear.With all these handy features these are a very popular general purpose bag for every day use.
