NZ DPM Winter Weight Trousers

This type of trouser was part of the the first issue of camouflage uniforms to the NZ Army in the 1980’s which replaced the JG pattern. Dated 1985, these brand new/unissued winter weight cotton lined pants follow the British pattern with the right front field dressing pocket and tightening tabs on the waist band. There are 5 large belt loops, pockets on each leg, two side slash pockets, one on the right hip and internal loops and buttons to affix braces. They are marked an Army size 3 which means a waist of 96cm and an inside leg of 66cm.
