NZ WW2 Wool Battle Dress Trousers

As worn by countless NZ Army servicemen during WW2 and after, these wool battle dress trousers were made by Schneideman & Sons of Wellington. The exact date is illegible but this company was well known for their wartime uniform production. They are marked a size 7, but it has been crossed and a 4 added. Size 4 sounds right: 30″-31″ waist and a 30″ leg. Overall they are in good sound condition with all (various types) of buttons present. There are numerous small moth holes present (13?) but these don’t detract from a great piece of NZ WW2 history.
