Paraflex Jungle Boot BTS08

Made locally by Paraflex of New Zealand, these “Jungle” boots are modelled on a much copied design first used by the US Army in Vietnam.Primarily for using in wet bush conditions these boots are also great as comfortable everyday wear.The heat and oil resistant “Panama” sole has wide tread to stop mud clinging and a built in stainless steel plate in case you step on nails etc.You can also adjust the fit by removing the extra pad on the insole to ensure maximum comfort.The uppers are leather around the base for sturdiness and then cordura nylon around the ankle and full length tongue.The idea being your feet are going to get wet anyway but will dry quickly with the aid of two drain holes above the instep.It also creates a comfortable snug fit and keeps the weight down.We have them in UK (same as NZ) sizes 3, 3.5, 4 and 4.5.
